By accessing morlathis.pro, entering into a service agreement, or interacting with MORLATHIS in any professional capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
MORLATHIS provides professional consulting, strategic development, and digital implementation services. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to refine or expand services at our discretion.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required materials, and reasonable cooperation. Delays caused by incomplete communication or unavailable resources may impact delivery schedules without liability to MORLATHIS.
Fees are outlined in formal proposals or agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within fourteen (14) calendar days of issuance.
Late payments may incur reasonable administrative fees or service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.
Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of MORLATHIS based on completed milestones.
MORLATHIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in writing if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
Upon termination, outstanding fees for completed work become immediately payable.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MORLATHIS operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
MORLATHIS reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of morlathis.pro following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
